Can shisha(hookah/argileh) ruin your lungs??
is this something else or can it be the shisha??
Answers: All surrounded by moderation my friend. I have be smoking for 15 years and I still have a great lung size. I eat respectable and believe it or not I run with my dogs almost every darkness and my lung capacity is great. My wife is still green I can make a single verbs last over 30 second!
shisha is harmfull but not as much as ciggarettes .. don't think it is the point on how you feel in a minute unless you got an allergy by getting an infection sensitized your imperviousness against sheesha
its probably like cigs but not as addictive -if at adjectives.
but its still damaging..

i if truth be told just looked looked this up on google a couple days ago and i found that it IS detrimental to your lungs, not as much as cigarettes, but it is. some tobaccos made for the hookah are nicotine free, but they still have some chemicals within them that are harmful to your lungs. they also said that since you are inhaling the smoke after it have been cooled by the river, your body can hold it in your lungs much longer, which is fruitless for you.
as long as you do it socially, you should be fine.
