Help please. Having pain on my knees cap, sort of resembling a nerve?, but really with the sole purpose if I put pressure on it, otherwise OK. Don't know what I did to it, may have be bruised a little. have been kneel alot in drawing in my house. Also, thinking pay for (about 2 weeks now) it popped and since pops on occasion which it never have in my energy really. I have tried wrapping it contained by ace bandage to restrain movement but doesn't seem to be helping. If I run my fingernail over my knees cap it hits the spot which radiate pain out to both sides. The aching is like a tingling sensation. When I agree to up it subsides. If I accidently kneel on it it really hurts, but subsides justly quick. Any design what it might be.
