Answers: I wish you could endow with more detailed information on the problem you are having. Feel frere to email me through Yahoo. There are so lots questions need answers to give you directions. For instance, are they denying a procedure. Charging you a difficult amount than you feel you should pay packet for your part. Denying a refferral, etc. You see it make a huge difference on your options if you hold an HMO versus a PPO, or a indeminity plan. I worked 10 years with medical insurance and can be a big lend a hand in giving you a great answer, but I must hold more info. So if you can go through the email available through this forum. I would love to relieve you out, insurance companies infuriate me with the course they will try to get out of paying their claims!

What a great sound out!! Let's see if I can narrow down some option for you.
1) If you work for a company that has a Human Resources department, someone at hand should be able to lend a hand you.
2) If you have any piece of correspondence from your Health Insurance co, here should be a tele # somewhere there that you can telephone with question. I'd call that #, ask you ?'s, and DOCUMENT THE ANSWERS you receive.
3) You can email me near further information if you wish, and I can minister to you further with more specifics.
After you hold clarified the WHAT of your issue, and if you are still not satisfied near the answer, you do have option available to you through the Calif State Insurance commissioner's office. To trigger this avenue, however, you will enjoy to demonstrate the following:
1) You know your company/health insurance carrier's "rules" and that you believe that you have followed them.
2) You believe that you own been one-sidedly treated.
3) You have tried to resolve the problem yourself through your Health Insurance company's customer service folks, and enjoy not been successful.
