Can anyone relate to this unexpected leg misery?
I have have major stomach-ache in my legs for nearly 6 or 7 years now. It consists of a really desperate burning in my shins whenever I bend my foot vertebrae (as in flexing) or when I start running. In addition, my knees cannot support my freight when doing squats. I'm 18 years old, not overweight, so i'm curious as to what this could be. Its not shin splints because I took almost a year stale of activity and the anguish did not cease.
Answer: I be going to say shin splints, but you said it wasn't.
try this for a short time while and tell me if it continues. Sit down subsequent to a couch with your foot toward the couch. Place the front of your foot under the couch and lay pay for with knees bent (like a sit up position). Then freshly try to lift the couch next to the front of your feet, you don't truly have to hoist it but apply force so that you feel it surrounded by your legs. If it hurts a lot, you probably should stop, but if you do it for a while, a few times a daylight for a short time, it may support. And if that does help, consequently it was shin splints adjectives along. My coach had me do that and the misery went away within less than 2 weeks.
this could be a backbone problem. try anti-inflamatories like naproxen or ibuprofen
