You should definately talk to your doctor and capture some antibiotics for it. Also make sure to soak your toes for 15 minutes at smallest once a day to minister to it drain. Be very sensible because you're going to end up stubbing it ,dropping things on it or getting it stepped on constantly resembling there's a huge bullseye on it. At least taht's the route it seemed when My ring finger on my right foot was infected I be always smashing it or something. Hope your toe get better soon.
Sounds like you enjoy a little ingrown toe fastener. Pour some peroxide on it until it heals. Try to cut it or profile it a little so it is not poking into your skin.
I've have ingrown toenails before, they suck but they aren't unsafe in any path. I would add to what the being before me said that you should soak it within HOT water for 15 minutes a afternoon and add some epson salt if you have any. The worst item that happens is that you hold to go to a podiatrist and hold the side bit of the toenail removed. I had this done three times and it's really no more than a minor inconvenience. Bryanna,
It sounds approaching you do have an infection.
You can try peroxide or another track of cleaning it out, or you can go to the Dr and permit them take diligence of it. If they tell you that you are going to closing stages up with constant " dangle nail" problems, where the pin consistently grows into the skin on the side of your toe the only channel to fix that is to consent to the Dr numb your toe and remove your entire toe nail.
If your are youthful it should grow back minus any problems. However once the numbing agent wears past its sell-by date it is extremely painful.
The other choice is to carry a pedicure kit and when your toe starts hurting from the growing of the fastener into the side of your toe, soften your toe near hot water and soap cleaning it powerfully, and take one of the tools from the utensils and get lower than it and force it up and out to where you can cut it sour.
Hope this helps.
