Since shortly before the holidays, I've be experiencing pain surrounded by my neck, shoulder, and collar nouns on one side. It's especially noticeable when using that arm to acquire out of a car or stool, or if I'm leaning over and putting solidity on it. The pain is usually gone by the subsequent day, but I haven't found anything that help when the pain is present. I've tried ibuprofen, but that doesn't do a item to it. Any suggestions?

I will never stir to a chiropractor again, ESPECIALLY for my neck. I have a chiropractor crack my neck after I explicitly told him not to, and I am lucky I am not paralyzed. (too long a story)
I would try a work therapist. It may basically be a muscle spasm. A good polish therapist (not a masseuse) can work wonders next to tight muscles. you may have bursitis, arthritis.
Have you tried a heat pad?
I found this to be sympathetic.
Advil usually works for me.
