I've used my neti pot alot before near no bad reations, but this morning I used for sinus symptoms and it immediatley radiate into stabbing and throbbing pains from my ear to my upper and lower jaw. I know it isn't outer ear, but I be wondering if anyone else has have this happen or if the neti pot might hold triggered an ear infection, since recently in the order of 8 or 9 hours after the neti pot, I heard and feel fluid moving around when I shook my head, which supposedly routine infection. Should I go to the doctor or newly wait it out?

Answers:    It almost sounds close to you've had something perforate. You should probably step to the ER for a head x-ray. If something did perforate, it requests to be taken care of ASAP. Hopefully adjectives you used was brackish water.
