I doubt it is stomache cancer and if it be your appendicts it would have probally burst by immediately doesn't usually last 3 weeks. Sounds similar to a severe case of the flu. The shivers be from your fever it is your bodies approach of cooling you down. I think a virus can ultimate several weeks my daughter was sick for three week straight and finally feel better about the fourth week. Drinks lots of fluids and attain plenty of rest. One question why is your girldfriend sleeping next to youat 16??
