Does anyone own a textbook-like definiton of the nursing diagnosis "Injury, Risk for Infection?"?
(The risk for infection is related to an open wound.) I'm supposed to write a protection plan, and they want the textbook definition of my diagnosis, but I can't find one in my books or online.gratitude!
