Have you ever been into one of those stalls beside the handrails on the side? Well, there's one of your answers.
Just a footnote. Imagine the difficulty of negotiationg a wheelchair contained by one of those stalls where they've added the handrail but the walls aren't any wider than the regular stalls. ... or when they so kindly put the handrail only on one side and at the rear the commode? ... or when they put on the handrail with a few short screw run into a flimsy sheet-metal wall? ... or a handicapped bathroom that's downstairs?
I'm not in a bench but I've had to support those who are and there are a great deal of prominent businesses and government buildings that are extremely difficult to use.
