He should go to a clinic. But if he insists on going tomorrow, there's not much you can do in the order of it.
If you can't get it out by using tweezers and a flashlight, he should travel to a clinic pretty soon (today or tomorrow, preferrably) to have it taken out. It can motivation infection if it remains in the ear.

I'd say-go to the Dr. ASAP--if he has medical insurance--to the ER he go. Believe me, there are even little kids who stick small objects up their nose, Dr.;s in ER own seen it adjectives.

Us guys hold a macho thing and I know be hes coming from. Chances are there probably no beyond repair damage YET. If he keep trying to get it out him self he may massively well harm his ear drum for life. Tell him " Be a MAN" and travel to a doctor or even go to the local ambulance dispatch and I don`t know the EMT or paramedic can take support of it in a few second. If he does not get it taken assistance of NOW THERE WELL BE infection if there isn't adjectives ready..
