Flat Feet twinge?

I have flat foot, and when i run or walk for prolong period of time the area where on earth my arch should be starts becomign very bumpy, sharpish pains,
does anyone know how i can solve this?

Answer:    I have have flat feet adjectives my life, and you should ALWAYs wear shoes that enjoy a good arch within them, and have closely of cushion in them. You will enjoy to search seriously to find the right shoes, and they usually come more pricey than ordinary shoes for race with universal feet.
You can use special shoes or orthotic shoes next to special curved arches designed to support your flat feet. They can relieve your discomfort. If they also fail in that is an option of reconstructive surgery but this is without a solution in adjectives cases.
Select good power shoes or sneakers, I like New Balance near number ABOVE the 600 mark as their arch supports are better within this range.

Also find quality inserts that support the arches. There is a muscle that goes from the front to the stern and that is what hurts.

If you do not rob care of it, it will achieve worse and cause niggle to the muscles in the make well and, cause you to bearing differently which will throw the rest of your body way out of whack...
