Sleep, is smaller amount more for some?

I worked a 15 hour shift into this morning. I was competent to take a 3:30 hour doze after then I started my daylight around 11:00am. It is now 11:00pm and I hold felt justly good adjectives day. In someway I consistency better than I normally do. I own never been a pious sleeper and remember taking sleeping pills when I was 10 lately so I could sleep. I haven't taken sleep aids in awhile and I never perceive real upright on a full 8 hours rest. Is it possible that I only call for less than 5 hours of sleep a darkness. I am a 20 years old college student.

P.S. I own a really good diet, one of the best out of everyone I know. Also I enjoy a fairly involved life near work and school.

Either course I am going to try this out for a couple night as see how it go but I wanted some feedback anyway.

Answer:    Yes it's possible but I'm not sure advisable. Chances are your body have gotten into the habit of smaller number sleep, which is why it feels more comfortable for you. However, this may not necessarily be best for you. When you sleep longer immediately, your body is not used to it and that's why you don't touch good. Eventually something will afford, a body really does need between 7-8 hours of rest every hours of darkness. You need to retrain your body to procure that.
