Stress Fracture on Not?

I have be feeling headache in my lower pay for for around two weeks. It started only hurting during my floor and grin due to my flexiblity in my spinal column. The pain be on both sides of my lower back and later shifted to only the right and is in a minute on the left. Is this a stress fracture or freshly something in the muscle?

Answer:    This is def not a stress fracture. They are extremely special in the lower spinal column and you would not have torment moving from one side to another. This movement of pain tell me that it must be soft tissue. Lower back cramp can be related to tight hamstrings or muscular imbalance in the wager on. Make sure you stretch alot when you do exercise and also try to stay mobile dont just lie back around and wait for it to restore to health. Try to walk as much as possible stopping every 10-15 minutes to stretch it out. Good Luck near it!
sounds like the common in your pelvis. at one point or another you must own pulled it without knowing. it comes final to haunt you if you are beneath stress or for me, i can't lay flat on the floor without it seize up and hurting like hell. later i can't get up minus getting creative in how i'm going to do it.

using a tight fastening around that area help.
I would definately not vote for it being a stress fracture or a fracture of any compassionate. Several possibilities is a back strain or sprain, or a herniated disc or a pinched boldness. i would recommend icing it and if you still have aching go to a dr or drop by one right now you never want to transport chances beside your back.
