How to break or sprain my foot?


I no you think this is dumb, but it is for robustness class. I need to know a purpose function (i got fly off roof, tack hammer, car accident). And yes I know this is a stupid project, and no i am not trying to hurt myself, I play sports.

Answers:    I be walking home from school surrounded by the winter and i kinda tripped over my own boots because they were so big, and after i fell over and sprained my ankle.
It really hurt like a b*tch lol.
I be walking down a stair and my boot slipped. My ankle bent and I collapsed onto the side of my foot. The weight of my body completed up spraining my ankle. It STILL hurts after six months.
My friend landed on her cousins arm when she be younger, and it broke. Someone landing on your foot or something falling on it are both possible.
I used to sprain my ankle all the time. I did it in recent times walking and some little imperfection on the ground/floor making my foot wobble for a moment. I did it in gymnastics when doing any tumbling exercises , i.e. landing on my foot. I once broke a bone contained by my foot because my foot had fall asleep and when I went to stand up my foot freshly rolled over really hard on itself. Spraining hurts more. Any movement that keeps the foot still while the rest of the body keep moving quickly within another direction can put the foot at risk for a break or sprain. All sports that involve quick change of direction (nearly all sports where on earth your feet are on the ground), hiking on pointy terrain, jumping, kicking, turning, twisting, and pivoting are adjectives activities that might break or sprain a person's foot.

I'm a dancer and fitness trainer.
first time i land on my left ankle the wrong passageway and my ankle bent spraining it. second time i was lying on a coast doing nothing when a kid run to grab his frisbee and land on the same ankle and sprained the s*** out of it. it bent the wrong style and immediatly started to swell like crazy.

it doesnt' bear much to sprain something, if it bends the wrong way or too far, you've sprained it.
I fell down the stairs. And i land wrong.
skateboarding,jumping,running, even taking out the trash...really any phisical pursuit involving moving your feet can run wrong!trust me =)
ok these are things that i've done:
-tripped on a crack while walking
-fell while ice skating
-doing cheerleading jump on hard floor and land wrong
-got ankle caught in bike pedal
