Not sure what is taking place to my appetite?


i'm never hungry anymore... i still eat three times a sunshine, because i know i should. when it comes that time to eat it take me forever to decide on what i want to devour because i look for something that sounds super good and it's adjectives the same lol nought is too appealing anymore

whats up with that?

have this happened to anyone else? did you integer out why it was going on?

Answers:    i can kinda relate, up until bout 3 months ago i have no appetite but would at least sit down near my family contained by the evenings for supper, i pretty much only took a few bites but rearrange the food so it looked like i ate more. in a minute my weight have finally stabilized, my doc was roughly to insert a feeding tube cuz she dd not believe i be eating cuz i kept losing consignment. i figured out the problem it be STRESS,to keep my substance i don't over think stuff or try not to verbs about the things of which i enjoy no control over! I have maintain 105#' for almost 2 months(a huge record for me) if you get the impression you cant control your worrying contact your doc for an anxiety pill!=D

I'm the same passageway right now, its because it's winter & we aren't awfully active so we don't work up as much of an appetite. But i'd speak just keep hold of doing what you're doing, maybe exercise a bit more if it bothers you not wanting to munch through.
