Answers: The sulfameth/trimethoprim is commonly call Bactrim which is a standard antibiotic combination for urinary tract infections. It works very very well in a couple of days to relieve the symptoms, but finish past its sell-by date the full dose of pills.
As mentioned, the others are Tylenol and Advil, basic discomfort relievers.
It seems your doctor does not believe you enjoy a urinary tract infection and gave you medication for ulcer, but I don't know why you got the calcium supplement.
I assume the hospital did a urine tryout and that is why you be diagnosed with urinary tract infection.
I would ask the doctor why she feel you were not suffering from an infection and why she treated your stomach instead. Depending on her answer, maybe you should find another doctor.
Whenever I have have one I took Sulfa...I don't understand why you be prescribed so many different medication. You should consult with the doctor past taking all of them because they may own some interactions that could be dangerous.
The hospital give you antibiotics, tylenol, and advil. The doctor gave you calcium and Zantac (calms stomach acid). I would embezzle what the hospital gave you.
The 1st pill is the antibiotic. Take as precribed for the urinary tract infection.
The Acetaminophen (Tylenol). I assume they give this to you for pain.
The Ibuprofen (like Motrin) is for affliction and is an anti-inflammatory.
Oyst-Cal-D is a calcium supplement. (Often recommended for osteoporosis prevention/treatment.)
Ranantadine is typically prescribed for "heartburn."
Does that help? (YOU own to decide which ones to bring based on what you immediately know what they are for. If you are still confused, you need to follow up next to your primary doctor and ask him/her if you should take the antibiotic. It would be foolish for anyone who here who does not know your complete history and question paper results to tell you which meds pilfer.)
Hopefully this wil clear up any confusion
They gave you an antibiotic and a twinge med and an anti-inflammatory at the hospital
The Dr , she gave you a Calcium supplement and a med call Zantac (prevents acid) which tells ME that you may be on the brink of bladder stones, she is trying to build up what is broken down...
. most ofthen when you hold an infection, you need more calcium and you get the impression quite nauseated-- these 2 meds budge hand contained by hand beside the ones from the hospital
YOU NEED ALL OF THEM. the first being the antibiotic and consequently the pain med and anti-inflammatory

Ifyou own an allergic reaction - what you will experience is a unwary and high disorientation It is a Sulfa drug. it was drastically strange, I took the whole entire prescription for a kidney infection and sense ok,juststill taking med, I took my last one, go bowling, was response crappy- but the end of the match- I have 106 temp and -- well long story short- I have to go bac to the dr and bring back a shot to clear up the reaction
So Please bid for verification and see if she be not just giving them to you as an more med, could be that between your hospital visit and your dr appt- they found that you may enjoy the start of stones
Let me see if I can find an article to help explain it adjectives
