its on my right hand side, only just above/ near my hip, resembling inside me, its not always here but once in awhile it throbs and hurts, does anyone know what this might be?

Answers:    I own had that sort of article happen but it go away after a day or two. Maybe you lately bent over or something and pulled a muscle. If it keeps hurting though you should give the name your doctor in overnight case it is something more serious.
