Should I pop the puss-filled blisters, cause by ant bites, on my 21 month old's paw?
Answers: No, leave them alone. They will alleviate and pop on their own. "Popping" them will just break open them up to infection.
Leave them alone. Don't ever pop blisters. They can easily become infected...these will treat themselves.
No, they will heal near time. You can out hydrocortisone cream on them to help beside itching or give him oral benadryl.

Definitely move out them alone ... take him to his pediatrician for evaluation and possible antibiotics and ensure that the bumps are if truth be told ant bites go to a doctor.. they will pop them if necerery!
He might be slightly allergic or his immune system's still not that strong that's why the bites become infected. Don't pop them, they will be more susceptible to infection.
Home remedy:
Activated charcoal! Take half a cup of activate charcoal powder and mix it with 1/3 to 1/2 cup of hose and half a scooper of cornstarch (to bind it) contained by a plastic bag. Mix and kneed until you obtain a paste. Use a rollingpin to flatten it into a sheet. It's easier to apply that mode. Now cut a piece big enough to cover the bites. Peel bad one side of the plastic and place on the bites. They should come in direct contact near the bites. Plaster in place. Leave on for at lowest possible 4 hours, but the longer the better. You could put it on before he go to bed so he won't shake it loose while he's playing in the daytime. When you bring it off surrounded by the morning, the bites should have flattened and the puss drained. Repeat as mandatory.
Charcoal adsorbs, working much like a sponge. Remember to use: activate charcoal! The used charcoal (from coals) is already carcinogenic!
