I stir up at 5, but..?


No matter when I sleep, I other wake up at 5. I don't mind this, but I'm worried if I don't draw from enough sleep. I usually crash asleep at 9:30-10. Am I getting enough sleep? I'm still a juvenile so is there anything insalubrious that could happen to me if I get up up at 5 and sleep at 10ish?


Answers:    you are getting enough sleep.. around 7 hours.. its freshly your body's alarm clock saying get up up and that you have have enough sleep..
everyone wants different amounts of sleep.. you're body obviously is doing fine on 7 hours . as long as youre not tired I wouldn't verbs about it..
Nothing poisonous in your sleep shape. If you wake up inherently at 5 am your body has have enough sleep. Some nation don't have to hold 8 full hours of sleep. As long as your not falling asleep at school I expect you are OK.
the younger you are the more sleep you need so its not strange that you walk back to sleep if you wake up up so early!
