I can never sleep and i missed 53 out of 103 days of academy this year, please assist me?

so theres been 103 days of institution this year and i missed 53 of them.. in the begining of the year i used 2 work at kfc and they would hold me till 1am on some conservatory nights so i missed it because of tht, but i be fired since oct, since then i can never tip out alseep at night, i cant get up up in the morning, i simply sit around all light of day becuase i cant find another job, im gonna stay stern because of this and im a junior in highschool. i used to steal my moms klozanpns to oblige me sleep and i missed school solely a few times because of them but ather than that when i took 1 b4 bed i would wake up the subsequent moring with alot of dash for the whole daylight, please dont call me a drugy exact i made tht mistake as i just said and i havent tooked 1 since tardy novemeber. what can i do to save my enthusiasm?

Answer:    I'm a freshman in High School and I know that emergency. How much sleep do you get?

Start drinking things with triptophan (spelling?) contained by it, such as turkey, cheese, yougart. Triptohpan makes you sleepy, which is why you bring tired after you eat a LOT of food on Thanksgiving. Studies enjoy been shown that it make you sleepy too.

Also, make a "crisscross down" time. At a certin point stop watching TV, looking at your cell, the computer screne, ANY and ALL electronicsbecause studies have shown that electronics edmit a blue oil lamp which keeps you awake. In certainty, if you have problems wake up, you can get for a moment light that give off blue street light. My mother has one and it reallllllly works, but its increadably bright.

During this curl down time read a magazine, book, and so on from last month to or a year ago. Or something you find boring. Trust me, this help. Its the idea of erudition something in class that you reflect is boring so you fall asleep instead.

However, don't expect this to work right away. It take a while to get into a routine.

However, if you do resort to meds. hang on to in mind that some will motive what one of my teachers call a 'sleeping-pill-hangover'. You'll still feel VERY tired, even though you walk a good amount of sleep.

Also, you should own told your manager at KFC that you can't stay that past due, ESPECIALLY on a school dark. School is your priority right now, not a errand. finish school and cause good money working night you have more opportunity working tardy nights than any toher and grasp paid more regularly than not . do you dip use tobacco stop drinking caffeine and stop using tobacco after 9:00 no ones ever sleeps but get the hell out of bed satisfactory youll go to sleep i promise
thats really bleak:( first of all forget more or less the job- for now-- concentrate on school and in your favour up ur energy for arts school u should not be working until 1am anyways - yeah and dont steal ur moms meds they are only intended for her! u should see your doctor and see whats really up! good luck
