Try Aleve or Motrin (an inflammatory), a hot soak in the tub and a heat pad.Lie down.Stretch. Tylenol isn't as moral for muscle pain.
try lay in a cool room next to a hot pack on your back and give somebody a lift it off for 30 mins and after 15 mins put an rime pack on it for at least 5-8 mins next repeat then after soak within a nice hot bath if you want you can attach bubbles after take some tylenol after sleep if this doesn't help contained by at least 12 hrs i would run to the doctor. ( a muscle releaver creme might do the trick)
[sorry for the spelling] Sounds like a muscle spasm and you do not really enjoy to do anything to have one of them. My Mother bent down to see to the casserole surrounded by the oven, something she has done adjectives her life and pop, that be it muscle spasm, as simple as that.
