Anyone know any right treatment for sciatica?
It's mainly within the leg and buttocks.
Answer: I had sciatica contained by summer 2006 and doctors told me there be nothing that could be done in the order of it; just continue until it goes away. It took me over a year until that time it totally went away. About 3 or 4 months until that time I could walk properly again and 1 year back I could feel anything within my toes. Hopefully, it'll take you smaller number than that. It really is a painful experience.
In the stingy time, try to keep your leg and buttock melt (bath, hot water bottle, etc...) Best of luck!
i hold the same problem allong next to arthritis in my hips knees and subsidise

Lay on bed tummy down... erect you top half of body up near hands (placed at shoulder level) bend hindmost as far as you can (keepin tummy on bed) and hold for 3 seconds..after relax.. repeat 10 times. Next go doggy style - on adjectives fours hands and legs same distance apartthen maintain hands within same place, and place your bum between your legs to stretch your back. strech rock-hard - then relax - 10 times.
Next stand nr something thats in the region of the same rank as your waste (kitchen surface maybe) - stand comfortable and move your crotch contained by and out (like your humpin somethin) so it slowly tho!

By residual, do you mean you own had surgery?
"Slipped discs" push against the fortitude root and cause "sciatica". Technically , the proper term is radiculopathy. The sciatic nerve is not the problem.
If you enjoy had surgery, you may enjoy scarring trapping the nerve root. If you own not, there are several option to try before surgery. Get to your doctor.
I own the very same problem at the moment I do hope you are foreboding a bit better. I have have 3 children but have not feel pain resembling Th's before. I can't believe it may finishing for months/years, and as for exercise there is no path I can even move without excruciating spasm. I keep moving my legs as much as possible as I enjoy had a P.E in the past and am frightened to death of have another blood clot.
Currently on Diclofenac and paracetamol but find myself counting the hours to my next dose as the small nouns only last a few minutes.
Please tell me it does walk away. Finding it hard to even gain the kids uniforms wash for tomorrow!!
