Our unprocessed reaction when we trip or crash is to put our hands out contained by front or behind us to stop us hurting ourselves.
We do this, next get up, and feel nothing of it, because we dont remember doing it, but following on the wirst starts to hurt, you have freshly stretched it back a bit far, when you fell, but dont verbs this sprain will take a few days and be fine. I doubt completely much you would have done any principal damage to it. Ice it, and hold on to if fairly still, dont hang on to "testing" to see if it hurts, as this is only inflaming it more. it mite b sprained.. but u should go 2 the doctor 4 an xray depending on how unpromising it hurts
I did something similar to my wrist a while ago. If its not swollen or bruising its probably not broken. Broken bones are usually very, highly painful. Putting rime on it is always polite about 10 minutes every hour. I thought wrapping it or an supple wrap helped it discern better for the first week or so. When I told my doctor about it a few weeks following because I was seeing him for another motivation, and it still sort of hurt he said moving and stretching it would be the best thing for the rehabilitation.
If it doesen't bruise its probaly broken but still GO TO THE DOCTOR.
