Please give support to near my ankle?
Tomorrow i HAVE to go on my ten tors training, i really really involve to go. . .but i enjoy injured my ankle on the last saunter. there i no course i am not going on this walk so please don't write a reply proverb its better i don't go because i am. but i required to know does anyone know of any exercises i can do before tomorrow and earlier the walk to back me a little. please reply im soo upset roughly this i have wait years to do this and finally when i get the destiny i go and mess up my ankle.

Answer: Okay,listen closely.I cannot guarantee that your ankle will feel better immeditetly,or even by tomorrow,but it should be aware of a bit better.
a.)Wrap your ankle in a tensor.
b.)Do exercises beside you toes and foot but not that it hurts,example:flex your toes,pull on your ankle,point and flex your foot.
c.)keep rime or ice pack on it.Especially after you do exercises or walk on it.
d.)Keep it elevated on a pillow when your sitting down, or going to sleep.
e.)before you disappear for the walk,practice walking around the house and/or up and down the stairs,putting equal body substance on the foot.If it hurts,practice limping around the house.
f.)And for the walk,you may even consider getting a double act of crutches IF YOU WANT.

i suggest getting some long socks that go up to the mid calf.Then video the foot and ankle all the process to mid calf. Then put an ankle brace on to support it. Also i would wrap the foot and ankle and up to mid calf with a couplle of ace bandage to support to be able to wander
