okay im not shure how to explain it
somtimes it feels similar to i have a massive charley horse or theres a hook connected to the inside of my belly button close to the muscle & they are pulling on it like a rubber decoration

it hurts alot when i pee,
um like i own to slouch down because it hurts to stretch it out or stand or sit straight up

iv had this in the past but now its be like this since concluding night & its super aching
