Answer: i don't know anything about any of the rest of these, but i have Bluecross/Blueshield, and i loved it. it paid 80% of everything i needed. and my prescription co-pay be only $10. i preference my company still offered it.
almost NO insurance covers everything.THEY SUCK!!
the premiums are all soaring and don't always cover jack=(
we have United Healthcare but the rates went up so giant you can get it as an individual, its not so unpromising
