What is fitting for leg cramps besides ibuprofen and a hot hip bath?



Answer:    Drink a glass of milk and drink a banana. Milk for calcium and banana for potassium. It always have worked for me.

Try ingestion bananas. Cramps can be caused by low potassium and bananas have high potassium.
try a heat pad I find them all the time. The doctor newly prescribed prednisone for it, but before I go to see her, I was managing the aching by doing stretches, making sure I changed my leg position often, and forcing my husband to manipulate my legs (as well as stomach-ache meds and hot showers).
Try standing on cold tiles. Works for me. i stand on the tiles and walk/ limp around. go within a few mins :)
