Can't sleep, rouse up within a madness during the dark HELP?
Recently i havn't been sleeping and get up several times during the night although i'm wide-ranging awake in the morning i enjoy an 8 month old son but he sleeps through the darkness i wake thinking he's falling out of the bed whenever my partner rolls over, and nearly strangle him contained by the process thinking he's my son i'm currently getting about 3-4hrs sleep a darkness yet i'm not tired. Please any suggestions would really abet i think im going wacky !
