There is a homeopathic medication called Restful Legs that I don't come up with I could live without. It is made by Hyland's, I believe. Get it at vigour food stores or Walgreens. It is the only entity that has allowed me to travel to bed and actually sleep!

I suffer from RLS. I found that my Vitamin B12 smooth was low. I received an injection of B-12 from the doctor and it solved the problem. If you don't want to turn to the Dr. for blood work try over the counter B-12 and see if it helps.
