Severe Back Pain direction?

Hi there a week ago I picked up my 22 pound toddler (ive have back injuries before) and it feel liek somethign jsut gave right out contained by my back. i can`t stand running to docs for everything so i just tried rime and exercises that i have done beforehand and ibuprophen, The pain is getting worse not better and starting to be in motion down my leg. What is my best course of action? Doc or chropractor..the agony is worse then it have been anytime until that time but in same spot

Answer:    have been a spinal column patient for plentiful years, what it sounds like to me is you might hold a slipped disc or a herniated disk, compressing the nerve specifically around the l3 to l5 region.
I definitely presume you need to see a doc, and after possibly a specialist. If it is affecting your leg, then you specifically need to see someone and grasp an xray /MRI to determine what is the exact cause.

I'd check with your doc first because it might be a pinched bottle or something that wouldn't require going to a chiropractor. A lot of them aren't covered by your insurance so why pay to see one if you don't own to?

first try mineral ice on it beside 2 aleve and 2 ibuprofen.if that doesn't work i would go see a doctor Go see a chiropractor. That is your best bet. Try grill and ice alternately; 10 mins on 10 mins stale, ending next to ice. Don't tumble asleep with any on.
stay away from the chiropractor. go see a masseuse. bring back some musscle relaxers and pain medication and then try and lay on your rear legs on a flat surface that supports your vertebrae. dont sleep with a pillow lower than your head. put a pillow beneath your knees to relieve pressue off your spine and hips. flawless luck! i suffer myself :( the sleeping technech really helps though. tough to get used to.
hi resourcefully buy the sounds its sciatica when it travels down Ur leg i have that, it is distress, my dad has it to and he go to acupuncture it helped a wee bit but he have a copper band on his wrist and that help a little within is no cure for it a dont think u should look it up on the lattice
I would look for a physical therapist that does instruction book manipulation. Mine has help me WAY more than any chiropractor did! You do realize that it may take a month for the affliction to start getting better and you should stop picking your toddler up, if it's going to bring any better?! I know, I know, but you are just going to hold to find a way to not pick the child up! You don't want to do durable damage to yourself! Sciaticia...Go to the Chiro and also see if he/she is of a mind to refer you out for Acupuncture...There's ample evidence that rerouting the nerve impulse will assist w/the pain (that's necessarily what Acupuncture does).
This sounds like rigidity myositis syndrome, or TMS for short. I've had that same type of back stomach-ache before. Back dull pain is often the result of stress building up and your brain distracting you from it by creating anguish. Since ulcers enjoy already been cured by medication, the subconscious has turned to backbone pain. From how it sounds, it's TMS and not a true physical rear injury, because picking up a 22 lb toddler shouldn't injure you.

I suggest you look up information about Dr John Sarno. He's cured deeply of back torment problems and related pain symptoms such as hip headache and sciatic leg pain.

I'm not maxim that this is imaginary, pretend, or "adjectives in the head". The aching is VERY REAL. As someone who suffered from recurring rear legs pain for a few years, I know adjectives about it. Read Dr. Sarno's books and consent to us know how it helps.
