IT says "lubricate preparation h applicator previously using for inter-rectal use". Do i lubricate the applicator with preparation H or something else? Lol Vaseline? Hand lotion? of late thought i'd ask first. thanks

Answer:    Squueze a bit of the Prep H out and use that for lubricant.

You can lube it beside preparation H.

If you're using this, you are probably already having some discomfort. Lubricating it make it slide in easier.
