Potential pave the way injury?

I fell down 6 years ago and knocked my herald on the concrete floor. I instantly passed out for few minutes.

Till today, I feel a agony at the back of my person in charge whenever I roll my head on the floor, when the spot on my director make contact beside the floor. But I do not feel any headache when I use my fingers to press on the back of my guide.

What is happening?

Answer:    Head injury is a nonspecific term used to describe any trauma to the director, and most specifically to the brain itself.

There are various types of manager injuries, one which describe similiar to yours:
Skull fracture: A skull fracture is a break in the bone surrounding the brain and other structures inside the skull.

1)Linear skull fracture: A common injury, especially within children. A linear skull fractures is a simple break in the skull that follows a relatively straight file. It can occur after seemingly minor team leader injuries (falls, blows such as being struck by a rock, stick, or other doubt; or from motor vehicle accidents). A linear skull fracture is not a serious injury unless there is an superfluous injury to the brain itself.

2)Depressed skull fractures: These are common after forceful impact by blunt objects—most commonly, hammer, rocks, or other heavy but justly small objects. These injuries cause "dents" surrounded by the skull bone. If the depth of a depressed fracture is at least equal to the concreteness of the surrounding skull bone (about 1/4-1/2 inch), surgery is often required to elevate the bony pieces and to inspect the brain for evidence of injury. Minimally depressed fractures are smaller amount than the thickness of the bone. Other fractures are not depressed at adjectives. They usually do not require surgical treatment unless other injuries are noted.

3)Basilar skull fracture: A fracture of the bones that form the base (floor) of the skull and results from severe blunt leader trauma of significant force. A basilar skull fracture commonly connects to the sinus cavities. This nouns may allow fluid or air entry into the inside of the skull and may explanation infection. Surgery is usually not necessary unless other injuries are also involved.
