Suppository problems... can't find the "opening" and after it keep coming out?
problem: I have to steal them almost every day against anguish and the first problem is, I can't find the "opening" and when I finally find it, the suppository comes back out. How would you cope beside these two problems? Please help...
Answer: This can be moderately difficult - you feel resembling you need to be a contortionist ! I'd recommend that you falsehood on your left side (if you're right hand,) and have everything primed. Prop your right leg on a pillow to expose the area. Then, near your gloved right hand, quality for the anal opening by running your finger from down towards the front. The first opening you hit will be the right one. Slip the suppository within as far as you comfortably can, and then remove the supporting pillow and close your legs. Stay within the lying position for about 10 minutes if you can...this will make available the suppository time to melt and be held by the rectal mucosa, giving you the pain nouns you need. Then you can grasp up, and the supp. should not come out. Good luck !
