Answer:    Firstly please dont worry in attendance are so many possibilities. what you are describing is excatly what I experiance when i am on my length, this is because i am enemic (not enough iron within my blood) and it can make you get the impression dizzy and headachey) you should ask your doctor to make sure and iron tablets will relief you. although, you say you can do simple tasks approaching take a shower or do homework? this encumbrance you feel and finding simple tasks a mission, may be down to anxiety or depression, sometimes these can brand name you feel shabby as if all you do is want to curl up surrounded by bed all light of day ,i am writing this through experience, you sound exactly resembling me saying you dont want to travel doctors lol i used too always put this past its sell-by date, although once yo go in that you feel so much better as you hold a professionals opinion an it take a load stale ya mind, good luck!! xxx
Well if any of us communicate to go see your doctor wont oblige; then what big-hearted of answer are you looking for? A miracle? You know that a miracle potion doesnt exist. The ONLY thing you can do is pilfer vitamins and see your doctor. Anything more than that is...all right...you tell me. Ok in attendance...uhhh..."You laughing at me".however I dont think your laughing since you enjoy this headache. Hey...you asked.
Aside from seeing a doctor, try and find someone with a diabetic assessment kit and check your blood sugar because those symptoms could be signs of diabetes. (I had them right up to that time I was diagnosed end month).

Then, too, you may HAVE to talk to your doctor or move about to an internal medicine specialist and hold your thyroid checked to rule out hypothyroidism. Extreme fatigue and weakness are sure signs of that. It's well treated with a single pill a daytime if and blood test roughly every 6 weeks or so to assure that you're taking the right dosage.

Are you possibly suffering from depression? These could be tell-tale signs of that, too.

*** You see, it could be any number of things, none of which can be officially diagnosed by anyone excluding a qualified physician. It may be nothing or it may be something.

* Either route, if it continues, do not hesitate to see a medical professional who can report you FOR SURE.
