-whole body feels wishy-washy
What should I do to help her? Medicene? Remedies? Anything is appreciated. Thanks.
Answer: Self medicating can receive dangerous especially if you don't know what you are trying to treat. I would suggest taking your sister to a doctor and getting her checked out. It might be nought but at least you know that it won't turn into something serious.
In the parsimonious time for the throat you might want to try something that my mom used to give me when I be little. Mix a table spoon of honey and a tablespoon of butter, heat it up within the microwave so that it's all dissolved, tolerate it stand until warm. This lines the throat making it smaller number irritated and therefore smaller amount painful.
Hopefully she feel better and it's nothing serious, but if she bring back a fever next take her to the doc.
bring her to doctor or ask pharmacist for what open-handed of medicine
For starters, if symptoms keep trying or become sever, be sure to contact a doctor immediately. That is infinitely more correct than listen to what anybody online would say.
As for some simpler home remedies, here are a few suggestions.
Chicken soup - a sick party needs force, and soup goes down straightforward; it's not called a panacea for nought.
Tea - drinking hot tea (chamomile or even black or green tea are all good), especially beside honey, really helps next to sore throats and such illnesses. Keep it hot, drink it often.
Another interesting sore throat remedy - cook a potato or two (in boiling water), put it/them contained by a sock and apply to the throat (be sure to let it cool rather bit so it doesn't scald). This is similar to taking a hot shower and letting hot water melt the throat.
Stomach pain could walk away with food, but if it's more cramp-like, a virtuous pain reliever approaching Tylenol or Advil would be a good bearing to go.
Weakness and fatigue are biddable signs of illness - see for fever, drink lots of fluids, and if requisite, contact a doctor.
