I inevitability medical attention urgently but I enjoy no insurance, medicare/medicaid. How can I bring back free services?
I am a 72 year old unalterable resident in Ohio since 1999, but enjoy not worked in the US (I be not hired). I am a member of AARP. Any suggestions will be devoted.
Answer: You can get Medicare if you've be a permanent resident for 5 years or more. However, since you didn't clear into the system you'll need to pay envelope for it, and it'll run about $600 per month. Whether or not the premium is worth it or not depends upon what services you necessitate. If you do get Medicare you'll later need a Medicare Supplement or Medicare Advantage plan.
Depending upon your income you may qualify for Medicaid. It will be free or nearly free.
Why don't you own MEDICARE?... at 72 you should have BOTH bit a and part b... it comes out of your social warranty check... Why didn't you THINK about this back you moved to AmeriKa... the only country within the developed world without a honourable health guardianship system?
And if you aren't on social security... after you will just enjoy to pay for the services approaching everyone else.
