Legs stiffness, can anyone sustain me out?
I have be experiencing pain contained by my knee more or less every other day.I also own stiff sore legs in the morning and find it difficult to stroll.My legs get so cold sometimes it hurts right down to the bone.When I be younger I also had a few problems resembling if I sat on the floor for a bit and tried to find up I couldnt feel my legs and when I would pocket a step I would fall down.I of late marked it as poor circulation.I nick tylenol 650mg about everday and hold complained of the knee cramp they prescribed me naproxen and it doesnt seem to do anything.The heat pads and blankets are my best friend but dont other take the stiffness or soreness away.Has anyone have these same problems?How did you deal beside it and was you diagnosed next to anything?What test can be done to report me what is going on?Can bloodtest tell me or x-ray?I cant afford any expensive carrying out tests,your opinions are generosity thanks.

what I really want you to learn is that heat during pain can really build it alot worse. when you experience pain contained by your joints such as your knees you need to put a cold pack on near because of these reasons:

yes i to own the same problems/ possibly different causes. mine is due to a piece called counter couprinol and couprenol leasons. this is where on earth a whip lash sort of movement throughs the brain inside your go before and although there are no physical signs on your body your legs arnt yours (if you know what i mean). scan, x rays wont show nerve harm. Thats my case scinario anyway dont pocket it as being yours but it might be worth discussing near your doc if youve had any desperate bangs to the chief
