I enjoy trouble sleeping any suggestion?

For awhile now it is intricate for me to go to sleep impulsive. I don't find myself falling asleep till 3 or 4am in the morning I of late roll over and over again. Then sleep in till 2-3pm. Caffine or not I still own trouble. And I don't eat like mad of candy with sugars. Is nearby any kind of food or anything instinctive that has be said to help you sleep. I don't want to embezzle pills cause that screw you up.

Answer:    I had alike problem. Sleeping medicine doesnt really lend a hand out at all. This is what I did. I stayed up for a full day. And when contained by was of late completely tired and drained, I went to sleep around 11pm and set alarm clocks for 7am. That course you are getting your body used to a normal sleep programme.

Also, you may be thinking too much while your trying to fall asleep. Just stay unemotional and not try to think in the order of things. Your body is tired but your still working you mind. Shut that son of a gun off haha.

but I disagree near their advice to munch through carbs. Don't eat much and zilch at least for two hours past you go to sleep. If your stomach is working not easy it will not let you sleep.

Also, increase your cardio exercise and do it EVERY DAY, but surrounded by the morning or early afternoon. If you do it too close to bed it also will keep hold of you from sleeping.
