Hope you are adjectives fine and happy :) its merely that I want to ask if there are any surgeries to construct your lips thinner/smaller because my big brother really own big big lips similar to Black Lips but we are Asians .. and his upper lips is really bigger than the one on the bottom .. So is in attendance surgeries like those ? and How much it will cost?

Answer:    relations usually do surgeries to make their chops bigger, but there is for sure a surgery that would cause lips smaller, but i am sure it will cost lots and lots of money.
