Exercises?
I fractured my hip last Wednesday. I can not put consignment on my leg for 6 weeks. Do you know any arm exercises that I can do so I do not lose arm muscles while at bed rest. Either in a wheelchair or bed. Thanks

Hi, rigid your arm muscles ten or twenty times a day as you bring them towards your chest, this should be enough.
