I own to dance sign on tomorrow but i dont know if i can stroll it?
i have a muscular problem contained by my foot and im finding it extremely hard to hike, i attempted the job focus trip last week and be in so much spasm, even the vibrations on the bus made it unbearable. i live no where on earth near the nearest bus stop so its an hours worth of walking when i bring back off.
i go to the dr who told me to rest it for 3 weeks, if i rang the living centre would they excuse me? i reckon ailing be alright next time i enjoy to sign on
Answer: They WONT excuse you, if you are not well plenty to attend the job basis you are not fit for work. If you have a sick make a note of off the doctor (even a self citations for a week) you should sign off and claim sickness benefit/incapacity benefit from the DSS instead. Job central point and DSS and doctors have the forms you involve, ask JC or DSS to send you one out. Be prepared for a hindrance in your benefit money, but if you sign stale from the JC they will pay you your entitlement to benefit up to the daylight before your sicknote/self cert started. (cant you catch someone to give you a lift up there and back).

Is there not a soul who could give you a heave? - I will pray for you You cannot sign on for unemployment if you are powerless to work. If you have a Drs pass you can ask for sickness benefit. To get job loss benefit you are signing on declaring you are fit and actively seeking emplyment
If your in truth not able to work you may be capable of claim incapacity benefit if you manage to find a certificate from your Dr,you wont hold to sign on every fortnight you will just own an interview every 6 months
Could you get a licence from the Dr, to say you are unfit to bearing the distance, and ring the job substance to tell them.
I'm sure If u r sick sumone can sign on for you, this happen to me b4, u can only phone them and ask but tender them plenty notice but if u r gonna be resting for 3 wks afterwards u will be put down as not fit for work, the jobcentre is so strict as u prob know! It will not help you to phone them as you are signing on as fit for work and you can just be fit so you need to attain a sick line from your doctor to mitt in to them.
They will not allow you to sign on if you are below par.
