After a kickboxing class i own be experiencing affliction within gone lower tummy. It even hurts when i do pushups.

Today was the 2nd time I attended the class. It started hurting right after the 1st class.

Answer:    Talk to your Kickboxing Teacher, he might know why its going on, Personally I think you've pulled a muscle and basically need some rest for a couple of days.
