My ankle; calf, and knees are bloodbath me, why?

I recently started running agian and it have been a while and I own been running twice a year about 1.5 miles respectively time. About 4 minutes in tot he run my ankle, calf, and knees starts to hurt. is it because my body isn't use to the running amymore?
BTW...I stretch for about 5-10 formerly I run*

Answer:    Just a question.are you wearing the proper shoes for YOUR foot when you run? If you haven't run in a while, have any kind of injury to your ankle or knees or back, or, if you have any weight modify, you may have a different method of your foot hitting the ground now as dead set against how it used to hit.

After a bad break/sprain of my departed ankle, I had to wear shoe inserts for a few years, or I would hold really bad knees and lower back discomfort. My foot actually isn't turned plenty to be considered pronated or anything, but I have severe tendonitis within the foot/ankle, and I am really picky on sneakers, as well as I own to replace them more often if I am using them for working out---as I can narrate that they are not as supportive/cushioned properly.


Just a thought/concern. (since you said you are stretching and you used to run). Good luck to you.

ps...if you are looking at shoes, not all shoe stores are equal.where I live, in that is a true pedorthosist nearby...they in fact fit you for shoes/sneakers and let you know if you DO requirement inserts (my orthopedist SWORE I did, when I didn't), and can recommend a sneaker for your BUILD as well as your foot volume (high/low arch, high/low instep, cavernous ball of the foot, authoritarian heel, ect). Otherwise, Eastern Mountain Sports sometimes has shoe those that are truely helpful...but not adjectives of them are trained.

If it is down one side, you might hold a disc problem pinching the nerve. When you run you are putting more stress on it. to lessen the pain use rime.
You've either sprained or pulled a muscle why don't you start walking. Incase you some how hurt yourself you do not want to produce it worse, take it smooth for now until you have a feeling alot better.
Yea just appropriate slow walks that bearing your body will still be in tune so when you receive back to running this won't take place again. Take Care!
Stenosed sciatic nerve. Sticky sacral ilia common. I run five days a week and my knees hurt all the time my doctor said that it's because i don't stretch adequate. He said what i should do is run for about two minutes and later stretch for ten or more minutes to relax your muscles. Then stretch after you are done running if you run for a long time.
