How long does it bear for a hairline fracture to treat?
Recently, there be an incident on the basketball court where vitally I got pushed up surrounded by mid air and adjectives my weight come crashing down on my left heel. Around my heel become very swollen and tender. I do not hold any insurance to get an x-ray, but I'm pretty sure it's a hairline fracture. I am in a minute on crutches to keep solidity off of it. Also, what else can I do to relief me recover faster?
Answer: You are doing the right piece by using the crutches.
Get an ankle brace from your pharmacist. Whatever you do, your ankle ligaments should be protected from stretching. Otherwise it will give you deeply of problems later.
Don't self diagnose. How do you know it is hairline? What if it is dislocated? What if the ligaments are undermined.? A little spent now go a long way. Beg, borrow or steal (?) and receive this done. Important.
What else can you do? not much. That area is a complicated mess of bones and ligaments and you ought to acquire it looked after by a professional.

I would suggest visiting a doctor's bureau first. Making assumptions without medical know-how of the body and its' processes can have a discouraging turn out. If it is a fracture, young fighting fit adults recovery at around 6wks (give or take). Older adults could rob up to 3-6mos. I would suggest purchasing an ankle brace and applying ice pack to reduce inflammation. I wouldn't recommend exercising your heel/ankle region, until you return with medical confirmation that it is a hairline fracture.
You probably don't want to hear this, but I would get it checked out. Ask for some money from a friend... or steal the money from the guy that pushed you (jk ask that guy he won't be bullish about it, but at least possible you can get it checked out). If you don't achieve it checked out it could get plentifully worse without the right support. So please maintain doing what your doing, and get it checked out!
