I hold a friend at work that have a doctors information...clich¨¦ she is competent to stand for an hour and sit for an hour?
she has bleak knees an may have to hold knee replacements...and we both stand adjectives day on the brass registers and our boss will not let her sit up at customer service. and will not allow her to sit down for indistinguishable amount of time she stands like the doctor said..what should I notify her to do..she sometimes has tears contained by her eyes because of the pain...
Answer: She wishes to contact her personnel office and permit them know. The company must give her flimsy duty or find her an accomodation for her bad knees until she get them fixed and her doctor releases her to full duty. She can always step on worker's comp if the knee condition be due to her job duties.
She wants to find another job because if she really can't whip standing up then she's doing further plunder to her body minute by minute.
Have her look for data entry job where you roughly sit the entire time.
