I dont own an anger problem...right?
ok...well...sometimes resembling when im playing a video game, watching population fight, when i fell things arent going right, i take so angry that i do things before thinking, approaching one day i be playing a video game and i be losing and i got so batty that i took the paddle and purely smashed it on my knee...i terminated up breaking the paddle and getting a big bruise on my knees...another time i was playing basketball and i kept missing so i took the orb, put it on the ground, then jump on it...well, i forgot it be round and it rolled away and i fell and had to go and get stitches on my chin, another time i was playing a video hobby and i was losing so i punched the tv eyeshade so hard i broke my finger.and adjectives these things just happen...like i counldnt control myself...i suggest i need relieve...please dont think im sphycotic because im not.
Answer: I know what you're conversation about - I do it too and I sometimes wonder whether I own an anger problem. It sounds like you're ultra-competitive which can be great within the right circumstances but horrible otherwise. My biggest piece of advice is to go and get heavily involved in sports - that's the principal way I procure my anger out. Play soccer, rugby, track, etc. - it gets the punch and competitive urge out and also makes you interact cooperatively near others. I've never been a believer surrounded by going to a shrink, but maybe it's right for you. Otherwise, reward yourself for not doing these things anymore.
I don't muse you're crazy just rather angry and tightly strung.
I would definitely suggest psychiatric help or something.
You can't keep hurting yourself because you achieve angry.
thats nothing i get mad because i lost a computer winter sport so i picked up the monitor and threw it at the wall and it smashed into a million picies

Well...If your anger get to the point where your cause harm to urself and conceivably others than definitly i think u enjoy an anger problem! Maybe you need to grasp a lil perfessional help because i reckon it might hurt you in the long run if u hang on to blowing up when ur not happy =) no, you're not psychotic, but you enjoy anger management/impulse control problems, and it is getting you hurt. when you are tired of hurting yourself, you will seek minister to for this problem. hopefully, sooner rather than next. you need to see a counselor asap.
