I have a profession where on earth i sit cross-legged/on the couch/floor alot.?

babysitting for about a yr. I own since left the chore (about 2 months ago), Now i am experiencing knee affliction at the tops of my knees and radiates to my thighs

I hold to sleep with a pillow between my knees, and sometimes walking is bumpy. Did i permanently rupture or screw up something by 'sitting' for so long?

Answer:    No you did not, but if you maintain sleeping with a pillow between your knees you will. You enjoy tight hamstrings, look it up and do some stretching exercises. Good Luck
