Hm..any accepted wisdom?
I horribly sprained my ankle almost 2 months ago and I can walk and run presently and I'm sooo happy but I own noticed that after 10 minutes of running my ankle hurts thoroughly badly! Like it's horribly bloody and then I enjoy to limp! I'm sure it's becuz of when I sprained my ankle.any planning to take carefulness of this?
Answer: I have like problem with my knees. I have injured my knees a lot so it hurts when I run too much. I suggest possibly putting a tenser bandage on your ankle for more support. You can also rime it.
