Sleep Problems and Nausea?

Today I've been really fatigued, my heart is race, and haven't been getting great sleep just now. I have be using diphenhydramine(Unisom) sleep gels(50mg each). I started out with one(50mg) and get through the night ok and woke up ok. Gradually I've built a tolerance to them and started taking three(150mg) every other hours of darkness for sleep.

Question one: Is this doseage potentially unhealthy surrounded by the long run?

Question two: I've not been using the sleeping pills for two days and night and have experienced nausea and a race heart. Could this be a somewhat withdrawl symptom?

Answer:    Some tolerance may develop to the sedative effects of diphenhydramine near repeated oral dosing. No reported dependence or withdrawal effects next to doses recommended.
The recommended dosage is 1 tablet a night. If you are taking more than one, than its better to see a doctor because you may inevitability prescription meds for your insomnia, especially if you have be using the meds for more than 2 weeks.

Symptoms of an overdose:
large pupils, flushing, hallucination, hallucinations, low standard, shaking (tremor), muscle twitching, loss of consciousness, seizures. In children, excitement may turn out first, followed by loss of coordination, drowsiness, loss of consciousness, seizures.
